Growing voter anger visible in web searches about Gardner
Being a bit of a geek, I like to keep tabs on web traffic coming into Gardner Path. This weekend, I found a new Google search that I had not previously seen: "recall cory gardner". Multiple unique visitors this weekend searched for this phrase and were directed to GP. Is a Gardner recall movement underway? Did I miss the meeting?
A recall is a pretty big deal and for a congressman the signature requirements would be a pretty monumental obstacle. Even if enough signatures were obtained, it's not even clear the federal courts would allow it. Anything to get rid of Rep. Cory "Big Oil" Gardner, I guess.
Well, whoever you are out there in internet-land looking to recall Gardner: good luck! (You might need an extra helping of it)
(I know, a few Google searches do not mean a movement is underway, but I think the sudden multiple appearances of this phrase in our web search statistics is pretty indicative of some growing voter dissatisfaction with Gardner's performance. You can go ahead and file this post under 'unfounded but fun rumors'.)

I'm one looking to see of there's a movement to recall Mr Gardner. Colorado is 1 of the 18 states out of 50 that has laws allowing an impeachment of a US Senator or Congressman.
I'm frustrated at the lack of real work to create jobs in Colorado. His answer is to decrease corporate taxes and EPA and financial regulations.
Is anyone out there involved in a movement?
